Rotor Cabinet
The Rotor Cabinet Form Finishers for Tops was designed to reduce direct labor in finishing various garments. It replaces the traditional form finisher, pant topper and also can be used as a mini-tunnel finisher. We call it the “80 per-center” because it finishes 80 % of the garments 80 % of the time!
Jackets and dresses, blouses are finished on the Dummy form without and stretch or garment distortion. Trousers are topped and the legs de-wrinkled in 1 operation allowing for easy leg creasing with a press or hand iron. While 1 form is inside the cabinet box being steamed and dried , the other form is outside being undressed and another garment being loaded. This enables an operator to be highly efficient and eliminates wasted motion.
The Rotor Cabinet produces such a high quality that most garments require little if any touch up.
