SHIRTMASTER® SST

SHIRTMASTER^®-SST is latest expression of cutting edge technology for PLC Automated Shirt Finishing. The SST has been engineered with the ultimate goal of the highest finishing quality while reducing energy consumption, creating a state of the art shirt finisher.

SST Innovations include pressing both the yoke and the tuck pleats at the same time, with Teflon press heads to avoid marks on dark fabrics, a front horizontal sliding paddle and a brand new adjustable cuff clamps system, with rotating rounded clamps assures a natural drape of the sleeve. The sleeve system also incorporates clamps for short sleeves.

The air operated head and body adjust to the contour of most shirts, adjustable height sleeve tensioning, two cuff placket presses, all combining to produce perfect sleeve and body. Microprocessor controls are activated by a sequential control pedal and the cycle starts at the closure of the second sleeve tensioning clamp.

Downward tensioning on the body and side seams ,rotating cuff clamp assures perfect alignment of the sleeves for a superior overall finish. Self-contained vacuum for vacuum across the entire dummy for positioning and setting of the placket, self-contained 3 HP high volume heated air blowing system and optional shoulder pressing system are all an integral  part of the advanced technology which makes the Shirtmatic^®   The modern production finisher for Shirts & Lab Coats.

SHIRTMASTER®-RST is the latest innovation in double buck rotary shirt finishing technology for the Automated Shirt Finishing industry. The RST is engineered to create the highest finishing quality while reducing energy consumption.
